first question: sounds like relying on muscle memory to react when you are overwhelmed with trying to interpret a pattern, this isn't bad at all and can be helpful but it's usually better for improvement to try to stick to maps you feel like you can read and you will get an S rank on

second question: could just from overuse, you could take a 5min break and do some stretches to help the muscles out i recommend this one
or it could just be you overthinking it and tripping over the muscle memory which is just something that happens less and less as you play more
you could also try using your right hand for the spacebar if you are right handed it might be a bit easier to learn but ultimately doesn't really matter and you can just use both hands for the spacebar if you want
try not to worry about if you are broken or anything and just start doing things in a way that feels more comfortable to you, everyone is different and handles it a bit differently

last question: if you are playing ranked maps (which i would recommend you do) don't look at the star rating and instead look at the difficulty names, don't be scared to try a high 2* if it says normal instead of hard (also a low 2* that says hard will likely be very tricky)
try to play as many different maps as you can instead of replaying ones you already know, go download the new ranked stuff often for things to try and if you like the map go to the creator's profile and they likely have many more that will be similar
try to aim for 94-96% accuracy as much as possible, you have to make sure you are pushing yourself just outside of the comfort zone that you can combo well to be able to improve otherwise it's just working on your consistency and accuracy
the gameplay video you linked is good but it seems like your mental stamina ran dry and you felt overwhelmed and stopped playing, just let yourself slip up and finish off the file, sometimes getting low acc is what you need to get into the swing of things, you don't have to get a pb or even close on every play

youre sightreading and understand whats hapoening on your screen but you domt have that sorta muscle memory and pattern recognistion to really do well. think about it this way, you read 4k subconciously but read 7k conciously. 7k readding will be unconcious when you get practice alot

nah dont worry about it, 6k main me (who is 5.3 star level for S rank on 6k) also cant hit spacebar. because im used to 6k, my arm only hurts it doesnt feel weird just hurts

judging by acc and general performance, youre prob 2 star level. i had a skill wall at 6k at 2.7 stars specifically so youre prob at a 7k wall thats a bit earlier

1) aim for S ranks trust
1.5) there are cases where you should go for A ranks or 93%s but generally 95% is cool
2) map packs, holy shit do they help. so good it improved my 6k by 0.5 stars (S rank)
2.5) when starting out in map ppacks, aim for A ranks as theyre more complex and hard pattern but take wirh grain of salt since i started map packs as 4.8 star level
3) play some overrated maps. i wanna make clear this is different from pp farm maps, what i mean is charts with simplier patterns that are denser which the osu SR system favors
4) set goals. this goes well with S rank part
5) play graveyarded shit. ESPECIALLY stuff that was aimed for ranked since generally the patterns are different and also i found a shitty chart that is good for warmup and is weirdly very fun
6) dont force yourself to play stuff you dont wanna. if you REALLY wanna play a small selection of like 10 beatmaps then go for it, you can improve skill with around 4 beatmaps with charts at your skill
7) LEARN LN PLEAAAASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. itll be easy for 7k player because on 6k theres barely any good LN shit

also, i watched the video and remembered i once tried an o2jam skin for 4k on mania web port so try duplicating skin file and making lightingN a 1x1 transparent file. the big red/blue/yellow things on note hits i find VERY distracting since they flash so maybe try removinf them as it may help reading but doing this isnt gonna magically make you jakads 2

youve been doing good! for the last question, try to play every ranked 7k mapset in existence by typing key=7 in search bar and download all of the ones that have >= 2* map

also LN maps in 4k's might be really shitty but in 7k it's very very very fun, dont get intimidated by them once youre in a higher level

Copy that.. Kumi is not into skinning qmq, but kumi will try experimenting with skins if it helps kumi play 7K..

BTW, mister.. For kumi, the most important thing is the Hit Position .. Kumi always sets it to 512, which puts the hit position at the bottom edge.. With a mix of 29/30 scroll speed, anything outside this setting feels weird and off for kumi..

you should think of LN skill on 7k amd 4k as 2 seperate things. i can do 4 star LN on 6k but only 3 star LN on 4k. ofc my 4k LN has improved but not by much

for learning LN, i cant really give much advice as 7k has many LN charts so its just a matter of playing those charts but 6k has very few good LN maps. all you have is this 1 chart, stumbling into a LN chart into icerain map packs, and LN kaleidoscope pack. trust me on 6k, if you dont wannna do map packs, theres alot of digging through graveyarded that i made a whole list aabout it

What you mean by for effect, an example, I'm not understanding? I ain't great at it but I find the all the challenging parts of SV pretty fun. Especially trying to read it. Its the only time I play and truly have fun with 4k.

EDIT: Whether an SV is for effect, usually just depends on your ability to read it. Some alot easier than others. Atleast that's my perspective on it.
