Your sensitivity is identical to 200 dpi @ 7.5 or 800 dpi @ 1.875 with 10.9~ in/360. For osu!, keep your in game sens at 1 and adjust your dpi accordingly. Multiply 400 by 3.75, you should get 1500dpi. This is my understanding of how csgo sensitivity works. I'm also assuming raw input is on in osu! and that your windows multiplier is set to 1 (6/11). If you don't use raw input on CS:GO, then you should probably turn it on. Make sure to disable "enhance pointer precision" in Windows mouse options.

Also, if you don't have raw input on in CS:GO and you do not want to switch, use -noforcemparms and -noforcemaccel in your launch options.
