how to get stained glass effect?

how do i go about getting stained glass effect on my sliders and hit circles?
i play on 100% faded backround (black) and im trying to get the effect in the picture that i have linked.

adjust your hitcircle's transparency 'till you're satisfied

i don't think this like the glass you want but i will show how to making glass but only in photoshop
first you must decide what file do you want to make, now right click on layer in the side of photoshop and click "Blending option", after that's enable this

just follow the setting on this pic
and next enable this

after you done now make the fill 0%
