I want to use it, but all I download is the osu. file! Am I not supposed to dl a .zip file or something like that? I put the downloaded osu. file in the Skins folder, but it says it doesn't work

It has subfolder inside the skin folder which is wrong

I did extracting it's files like in the zip/rar and I found that
