Well, it is. Haruhi meter comes from the Haruhiism skin and the health bar is from a Sword Art Online skin, but it was recolored to be blue. I think the spinner comes from a different skin, but I forgot where that one came from.

Dang... my countrymen :V

I would like you to revamp this one into a pure original skin. If you don't like to revamp it, then this should be locked.
(The cursor can pass since it's a freebie.)
