lightning after hit

my hit lightning setting is turned off in the game
i wanna get rid of that lightning as shown on the screenshot and it's only like this on this specific skin

These are particles, not hitlighting. wiki/en/Skinning/osu%21#particles
You can just delete them from the skin folder and they will be gone. But you will be left with the regular 300s the skin has. So you may also want to make hit300-0, hit300k-0, and hit300g-0 a 1x1 transparent PNG if you don't want them to be visible.
