Maybe you could buy osu keychains or osu buttons from the official osu store and attach them to a backpack you already have. This way you can support osu itself, and if you want your backpack to become less osu for whatever reason then you can easily remove these.

well, not now, but it used to be something i did a decade ago... not sure how it happened but it did :'p

I Still Am Capable Of That, But It Isn't A Good Look. Over The Course Of My Life, I've Grown To Default To Lowercase Text, With A Very Brief Use Of Uppercase And Proper Case Text For Emphasis.

Tangentially, I haven't used sentence case in a long time. It had an awfully ambivalent role in my typing style from 2014 to 2019 until I ultimately opted for 100% lowercase text, so I think of it as an awkward intermediary phase that ended once I found my voice.

Something about this style seems unflattering and dry, and I prefer a more gently/softly emotive and whimsical touch to my text. Or does that depend more on what exact words I use instead?

There's some kind of relationship I can't quite measure between letter case and other elements like punctuation and diction, and they all cause different interpersonal tones when socializing or communicating information. Unfortunately, I fall into a lot of very specific habits in my diction, so my tone ultimately feels frustratingly flat with complete disregard for what form I try to take throughout my text.

apologies for all the fixation on something as superficial as typing styles like yours... at the very least i can promise i wouldnt have any personal critique to make about it, do what you like :>

although i guess this is exactly why i fixate so much on delivery and aesthetics (and i probably fail in some aspects regardless), it seems like anything can become a source of voyeuristic discussion and curiosity if it's notably different...

i mean you could always pull a brenton and just write some phrases dedicated to osu on on your bag in white texta (or black texta if your bag is white), that's what i did with some of my older things except with amtrak locomotives instead of osu references (also this doesn't apply to just bags, the brenton method works with pretty much anything that you want to customise)
