I've tried to make this list as objective as possible; this is a list of my ideas / suggestion

⦁ DO NOT focus on gaining performance points ( 'pp' ); focus on increasing the overall skill; the pp gain will come when you increase your skill.

⦁ Watch this video to get general idea on what skills are required to get better at the game:
https://youtu.be/uc99yWeP1h4?si=spYplXtA5uM1UEhA ( osu! phd: a comprehensive introduction to every skill created by Honmi aka Digital Hypno )

⦁ Find the most comfortable way 'YOU' want to play the game.
( This may require the need to change the way you play )

⦁ Don't press the keys with to much force this can possibly curve the pain when playing ( I do not mean soreness I really mean a painfully sensation ).
( I get pain in my fingers / hand because I think that I press the keys with to much force; this can be subjective to the individual )

⦁ IF YOU FEEL PAIN TAKE A BREAK.
It could be for the day; It could be for a week .
( It was a full year for me )

⦁ Playing with the 'No Fail' will allow the player to go through a whole map without the fear of failing. Retry spamming I highly discourage.

⦁ Only stop playing a map if it's not comprehensible.
( Not able to read the map properly )

⦁ Practice more difficulty modifiers ( mods ) Hard Rock, Double time and Hidden.
First start by playing low star* maps; then increase the star rating when mastered low stars*
( Low star* maps are in the range from 1 to 2.5*; this can be boring but it will help in the long run. I'd recommend playing song you highly enjoy ) - I'm reiterating what Honmi says in his phd video.

⦁ Practicing with the 'Alternate' mod ( Lazer client mod exclusive ) might help with finger control / consistency.
( This idea is for the people who mainly single tap )

⦁ At the end of the day please enjoy game. If you don't enjoying playing this game then what's the point. And if my ideas / advice isn't to your liking feel free to disregard and enjoy the game how you want to play.

I wanted to make a subjective list of ideas that could help me improve at the game but then I decided to format it to be objective.
( for the most part )

This list also doesn't have my suggestion for game setting. That at the end of the day is preference.

I hope this has been a help to you if at all.

Best regards

P.S Having good sleep I've heard helps with well everything but I wouldn't know my sleep schedule is screwed.

P.P.S Stay hydrated

good advice, though please don't make the text so big, it looks horrible to the eyes.
