[osu!stable] Problem with input lag and fps please help!

Problem details:
I've been having serious issues with input lag and frame rate for the past month. When I set the frame limiter to optimal, my fps didn't even reach the optimal value. Also, my input lag is around 4-5ms. I look at other top mouse players and they don't have this problem.

I tried reinstalling osu, but that didn't help either.

I also tried the latency test on this site https://joltfly.com/mouse-latency-test/ and my average is around 13ms, but when I connect the mouse to fiends' computer, it's around 8, so maybe it's a pc issue (but I don't know if the parameters on this site even matters). Does anyone know a fix for this?

I play on finalmouse ultralight 2 with 500 hz pooling rate, cant really change it but I think 500 hz is already low. Sorry for my bad english.

Here's a screenshot when I'm playing on unlimited - I don't know if that makes things even worse.

Hi there, the little ms thingy in the bottom right is not your input delay and is in fact your frame time.
Your mouse response time should be around 8-12ms so I'd say there isn't anything unusual there.

I'm not sure what frame limit your optimal setting suggests as the screenshot is too low quality to read however optimal is usually off by a couple of frames especially if you also have reduce dropped frames enabled.
