Hi, my name is Sophia (She/Her) and I'm an 11 year old (6th grade) from Canada. And I joined here when I was 10 in 5th grade in March 2024. This is actually my first ever post! Other than that, I'm in global rank #245,528 (Currently). And my total play time is 6H 52M (Currently). I had a break for 6 months and I think I've forgotten everything but I got my knowledge back.

Note: There is no one to share my scores in multiplayer. Especially when speaking with. And it has been extremely lonely playing without anyone. In general, there is a mania player community to interact with. It is not as fun to set scores and improve without other people.

So, feel free to friend request me, or DM me. I would not mind if you gave me some advice! But I do not like competing with others.

If you are wondering why my username has an oo in the end, it is because I was supposed to type notinvisible_oof on it, but it already exceeded the username character limit, and there is nothing I can do about it.

Also, you have seen some similar sentences with different words because I do not know what to write. ;(.


Furthermore, I would like to connect with others in the osu! community, which is why I am posting this. In addition to interacting with other fans on the forums, I hope to make some friends and find servers and other fun things to do.

How did I find this game?: Back in March 2024, I found this game on FNF (Friday Night Funkin') YouTube video, and they mentioned Osu!Mania and I was like, “Hmmm, maybe I should try it out!”. And that's how I got here.

How's your experience here so far?: I'm a keyboard (laptop, that 5 year old thing that has 100°C and is very laggy with full storage) player. So, I experience screen tears. My average session is probably 2 hours, I think. And I've been playing Osu!Mania for around 4 months now, and a few days ago, I was playing Osu!Lazer (Mania) with a bit of Osu!Standard and right after I played it, it wasn't for me. And I've been struggling with ~3.5* maps (with most B's), I mostly get ~91% accuracy. And I've realized I barely FC a ~2.5* maps, and I need to work on accuracy. So pretty much what I've been working for currently. I had watched a few plays on YouTube playing Osu!Mania, and it was cool. I do not have much experience with rhythm games, I have only spent a few hours playing them.

What do I like to do?: I really like playing Roblox, and Roblox Noobs! And watching anime is also my interest too.

I sometimes chill with lower * maps in multiplayer, and I wouldn't mind having an extra person to play with from time to time. I do also try to help other people with their requests or concerns within the game, but generally you should post in the mania G&R forum page.
Or for more technical problems, post in the good ol' help fourm page.

There's also a friendly loose headed individual that I think you may want to check out. Similar age and about the same skill, sort of. I think you'd be good friends with them.
