i may be getting one of the official Osu! tablets soon, and although odds are i will only use it for osu! im curious are you also able to use it as a normal graphical tablet for drawing?

Yes you can, that tablet is just rebranded Huion H420, which is good for drawing, but a little bit small. It has pressure detection.

if you are really into drawing you should buy one of those big ones because the small area on the osu tablet kind of limits your drawing, for example, drawing small details will be a bit hard.
Well if budget is the case, the osu! tab is a good choice.
