play time is calculated by the maps you play while you're online and connected to bancho. Only beatmaps submitted to osu! are counted. Are you playing beatmaps submitted on osu? Are your scores submitting successfully? Are you able to connect to bancho?

yeah, you're connected.
I don't see any recent score (last 24h), are you able to submit scores? Also make sure that the beatmap has the Ranked icon (
), Loved icon (
), or the Graveyard/WIP icon (
). It means that the beatmap is submitted to the osu! servers and is counted for the play time.

The playtime increased by 2-3 minutes now. Make sure to play maps that are submitted to the servers if you want to up your playtime

But when I go through the map, the map does not appear in my profile in “last activity”
If you're talking about the Recent section on top is, it's for the "noteworthy" activities (stuff like when you get a Top #999 score, update a beatmap, lost #1 position or when you get osu!supporter). Try checking the Recent Plays (24h) under the Historical section users/27304575#historical
