[osu!stable] Problem in the game unable to play

Problem details: When I want to pick up a beatmap well it's impossible it goes up all by itself continuously, what can i do ? I didn't touch my keyboard or mous wheel nothing. It's the first time it happen to me.

We can't access the .mp4 file, can you upload it?

Thank you for providing the link to the picture file. However, the file link sent is not the correct method; the proper method involves linking the photo so it redirects to a website for viewing. Although the reason for this approach is unclear, it's the ONLY method. Imgur is a website where you can upload photos and generate links for them.

Need more context. Your game stutters so much that you can't do anything except alt + f4
