whats a healthy amount of time to preserve your wrists before arthritis?

on mania btw, just don't want to get any wrist problems because i hear a lot of other young gamers have serious wrist pains when they're still kids.
(repost from a while ago bcs i didn't get any serious answers in the other forum section)

for reference would 1-2 hours a day be perfectly fine? does stretching before and after help? and if so how should i warmup my wrists before playing any games in general

yeah, you already got it.

With wrist stretches, pull them back with your arm straight, and repeat it five times for ten seconds, resting your wrists in five second intervals. Then, pull them back with your hand facing down.. This for example in case the description wasn't clear

Do the same timings. Then, pull your wrists forward, having your hand facing down. Again the same timings.

It's good to do these before and after your session. Should also look into finger stretches as well.
Also, if you play wrist down, do NOT apply pressure to your hand and wrist if a map becomes too dense. You will only increase the chance of injury.
