yes only there i tested like 7 other games aswell as osu stable every single one of them records at 60 its only lazer (also while lazer seems to be recorded at 30fps my webcam still gets recorded at 60 so yeah)Snapy wrote:

Like at this point the simplest explanation would be that OBS is not set to record at 30fps, but you already said that's not the case, so I have nothing much to work with here.
