[osu!stable] When tabbing out, osu freezes

Problem details:Whenever I tab out, osu freezes and i cant do anything but close out and reopen it. I dont know how to insert an image but From what i can see, the application shrinks a little, then the top becomes blue with the minimize, fullscreen and close buttons on the top right and it looks like its from a old windows version.

Do you know when this issue started happening?

Are you using compatibility mode?

it started happening a week ago. Im not using compatibility mode, it happened after i messed around with some settings for better performance since i get freeze frames pretty often

What settings, if you remember, did you change? When you messed with something it could've have the adverse reaction to what you were hoping, and it might be in your benefit to reset those settings to default or see if you have any pending updates to your graphics drivers or OS.
