[osu!stable] Osu!Mania Doubles not registering

Problem details:

I've been playing for quite a while and never experienced this problem. During a playthrough, a double appears, the double won't register from time to time, sometimes it won't register, sometimes it will. I'm not sure if its my keyboard because it works fine or the game itself, or if I have a setting enable that bugs out the game. Yes It's only the doubles, and I'm pretty confident it's not a skill issue.

are you playing on a laptop or a particularly dodgy membrane keyboard?

Can you get a video of this occurring? Also, does this happen on very specific maps that are something of 125 BPM or some multiple of it? What is the polling rate of your keyboard?

It happens of most maps, not very specific, polling rate is a round 45Hz.

I know it may not look like a problem, and may be a skill issue, but on my end there is. I was playing earlier today with out the issue, and I think it's because I was messing around with my settings. Audio offset/Output and custom skin to be more specific.

there is no way your keyboard polling rate is 45hz lol, it's gonna be 250/500/1000 or a larger number like that

I didn't know what polling rate was, but I found out and its actually around 1000Hz, I tested it and I guess it's inaccurate? Or I may have read it wrong. But it also have a Ultrapoll of a thousand.
