lost 14 million ranks from csr?

hello hello I was playing some osu! today and after fc'ing a map I suddenly lost around 14,506,784 ranks? I also went on the osu! website and there was a scary red banner that said that I was "restricted", but I can move all my limbs freely I think
I know that there's the score recalculations but I didn't think I was this bad... is it because of car maybe???????
