Problem with reading ALL maps

Hey, I've been struggling with shitmissing and misreading the same patterns for years and I finally realized what the problem is but I have no clue how to fix it.

The thing is I think I look at objects that are too far into the map so I don't look at the object I'm currently aiming and I don't see how I miss it. For this reason I've always chainmissed/misaimed bursts that have a jump right after them because I look at the jump, I tried consciously looking at the burst while I did it and it sort of worked on lower bpms like 170-180 but what happens is I completely miss the jump afterwards because I feel like I didn't have enough time to prepare for it while looking at the burst. While trying to replicate this on higher bpms (240-250) I can't think what I'm looking at, I'm just trying to keep up and I end up reading the same as always.

I'm looking for any tips or training I can do, I'm down for anything.

I attached a screenshot of the moment I paused a replay when I started looking at a new object for reference.

Sup neighbour, just wanted to say that for me the patterns are easy to see, so I just look at the thing that I’m aiming at, click it, and in the background I see the next note beforehand and after I look at that, click it and repeat.
It sounds to me like you’re over concentrating, and over thinking, and over focusing. Try to maybe play chiller maps, whatever that would mean for you. Hope this helped.
