General

1. This tournament is for all players but NY and non-NY players will be placed in separate pools.
2. THE TOURNAMENT IS USING BWS FOR SUIJI TIERS
3. NY players will start from a draft where they choose from the NY pool. This results in 3 NY players per team.
4. The Suiji will be split by 5 tiers.
5. International players will then finish the team in a suiji which will be 5 people from the suiji pool. This completes the team at 8 players.
6. Tournament will be held in a 4v4 format.
7. Tournament will be a Team VS ScoreV2 tournament with a double-elimination bracket.
8. The pools WILL be gimmicky. This is not particular to the maps but to the overall pool theme.
9. Do not expect the pool to follow a balance each week.
10. The tournament will begin in Quarterfinals/Ro16. Depending on signups.
11. All players must join the Discord server and change their nickname to their osu! IGN.
12. There will be no official streams. (Pending)
13. The tournament may go for badge if we have 48 NY players in the sign up. (which means a Ro16 Start)

Match Procedures

1. Every map must have at least 1 NY player from each team at all times. You may keep the same person if you so wish but 1 NY player must be present.
2. All maps will be played with NF enforced and ScoreV2.
3. The match referee will invite the team captain at least 5 minutes before the match.
4. Team captains will be sent invites to the lobby. It is the team captain's responsibility to invite the rest of their team.
5. If a team does not have four players present in the lobby 5 minutes after the match time, they lose ALL their bans.
6. If a team does not have four players present in the lobby 10 minutes after the match time, they FORFEIT the match.
7. NO Warmups will be allowed.
8. The referee will ask team captains to roll after the captains are in the lobby. This role must be delegated off BEFORE the match start if the team decides to do so. The referee will NOT take rolls from other players if the role isn't delegated before match time.
9. The roll winner will get to have the second pick and first ban.
10. Teams will have 90 seconds each for bans, picks, and roster changes.
    • If a team does not ban a map after the 90 second timer, they will lose that ban.
    • If a team does not pick a map after the 90 second timer, the pick will go to the other team with no change to the pick order.
    • If a team does not have 4 players ready at the end of the 90 second timer after a map has been picked, the referee has the right to force start the map with an !mp start command.
11. If a player disconnects from the match during the first minute of a map, that map will be replayed. This can only happen once per team per match.
