make it possible to compare your top ranks with someone elses top ranks, and add an option to show top ranks of theirs that you dont have (unique to XXXX) (think of myanimelist's anime list comparison they have)

this allows you to compare top ranks at least http://osustats.ppy.sh/ i dont think you can specifically see their top ranks that you dont have tho

yeah that lats part is the important one XD (and its kind of 3rd party)
