Players and Attendees at the event are expected to treat staff and other participants with a high level of respect. Any mistreatment or abuse in match, through Discord, or other social media platforms and of course at the place of the event(this includes, but is not limited to: harassment, extreme toxicity, racism, ableism, sexism, homophobia, etc.) WILL NOT be tolerated. Sufficient punishment will be given accordingly.

Tournament hosts reserve the right to deny your registration if you have had extenuating misdemeanors in other tournaments.
For any situations where there are no existing rules, tournament hosts and admins have explicit discretion to apply their judgement on issues as they see fit.

Information:

Please note that the tournament is NOT PL only, so everyone is welcome.
Please also note that travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of attendees and are not covered by the hosts.

Location: Kinguin Esports Lounge Gdańsk Metropolia (you don't need to be a player or staff member to attend the event)

Tournament System: Double Elimination
Match Format: Head to Head, Score V2
Qualifiers Stage: December 4th to 18th

Match Format:

RO32: Best of 7 (BO7)
RO16 to QF: Best of 9 (BO9)
SF to F: Best of 11 (BO11)
GF: Best of 13 (BO13)

Qualifiers Procedures:

Qualifiers will be used to determine seeding for bracket stages.
Players choose their lobby from the spreadsheet. They can participate in a lobby that has at least one empty slot. Players notify hosts on the discord channel about their chosen lobby using a pinned prompt.
Mappool will be played from NM1 to DT2 only once.
Qualification slots will be allocated on the basis of amount of accepted invites by special guests

Match Procedures:

Players will be notified of their match time on the Discord channel. They must be present in the match lobby at the appointed time.
If a player is more than 15 minutes late, they automatically forfeit the match.
NF will be enforced on all maps.
There are no warmups.
At the start of the match, captains will roll. The winner of the roll chooses the pick/ban order.
Ban order - ABBAojcze
Players have 120 seconds to pick/ban a map and 90 seconds to ready up.
- If they fail to ban a map on time, they will lose their ban.
- If they fail to pick a map on time, the pick will be rolled by the referee.
Double ban/pick is allowed
Tiebreakers are played with FreeMod enabled, however, players don't need to pick a mod. (NF is still enforced.)
In the event of a disconnection, an abort/replay may be called if it occurred within the first 30 seconds of the map. Other than that, common sense will be applied. If proof exists of the disconnected player's score (or a rough estimate of their hypothetical score if they finished the map), it will be used. If it is at all ambiguous, the other player will get the point. Each player is granted one replay per match.
Players got one timeout of 2 minutes per match. Both players and the referee must be in agreement about extending a timeout or having another timeout.

As you may noticed in Qualifiers Procedures there are two specific words: "Special Guests", that's right, special guests are coming to our event. more info about it soon... (join the discord server to be the first one who will know who is coming to our event.)
