Liquids fuck yes
Fire sucks against Water type and is weak to Ground type, and doesn't make up for it with any advantages over Flying.
Ground is pretty terrible too. It can't even hit Flying type, but at least it's decent against Fire.
Flying doesn't have any weakness here, and it's good against Ground.
Water pretty much destroys everything. Strong against both Fire AND Ground, and it isn't weak to Flying in any way.
So, liquid it is.
