While the official packs and themed packs are good, but i'd like to have these packs to be available, too , because they are more specific.

Probably. Just make sure there's enough ranked maps to be used

Unrar to c:/program files/osu!/songs with WinRar.
How do you determine the packs?
10-sided dice. Always.
