I'm looking for an old skin where it's hit circles are blue and the cursor is kind of like Wubwoofwolf's skin but blue. Does anyone know any skins?

With a description this vague it may be impossible to find what you're looking for. It would be best if you had screenshots of the skin, since there is an insane amount of skins that match what you're looking for.

The first link was something like that on standard but for mania its circles. All blue but red long notes.
