Problem details: I saw this skin in a youtube shorts video and tried looking for it and found nothing

Hi zappwhimper!

This is the closest skin I can find regarding the one you pointed out: Click here!

The only difference is that the accuracy and the timer is shifted to the right instead at the centre.

The skin itself is black and white, therefore it's easier to add the description of the skin "black and white osu! skin" in the web browser.

Find a similar style of the skin based on the image and then open into a new link - could try for image search but if there's a skin name shown you can immediately type the skin name in the search bar.

Basically, searching based of the description, and trial and error.
