[osu!stable] In osu see the wrong region

Problem details:

In game OSU region is set to Estonia, although I downloaded the game in Ukraine and live in Ukraine. Please change my region to Ukraine.

This is based on where your ISP is reporting your location as. Quite a lot of the time it's incorrect, not much osu! can do about it unfortunately.
