i had to reinstall my game for different type of problem where my game would just randomly crash whenever i tabbed out, but here came a new problem that when i open the game the input lag is just unplayable and whenever i tab out osu just freezes and is stuck on this:

compatability mode seems to be helping with it, but then my game is stuck to original gamma despite using "calibrate display colour", which is really dark due to my monitor being this way ig? for me personally its really unplayable
please help, how do i fix at least one of those two problems?
note: osu still keeps running and i can hear and do everything, but all i can see is the last frame i tabbed out from + the window borders
