Problem details:
I have a problem. that after exporting the map in osu lazer to the o format .ozs Regular osu writes an error when downloading the map, and sends the file to the failed folder. Help me please.

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: Stable 20240820.1 (latest)

Are you definitely exporting for compatibility (.osz format, not .olz format)? Can you post a screenshot of the error you get in Stable as well as your logs? You can find logs in the `Logs` folder of your osu! folder.
Yes, osz format.

runtime.log?

if not, else session.log?

In the top bar, press "File", then "Export", then "For compability (.osz)"

A folder should open automatically once your map is exported.

Please make sure that your map is in the .osz format, else it wont work with the stable release ("regular osu").

If the issue persists, please let us know what map is causing trouble.
If it's a map made by you in the lazer editor, please export it as .osz and upload it externally, so that we may have a look at what is causing the issue.

Quick checklist for possible causes:
- Unicode in Artist/Title/diffname (Not in the romanized fields)
- Unicode used in file names (within the beatmap itself)
- Artist/Title/Diffname is too long.

Thanks for trying to help, the problem was that before I edited the song in osu lazer, I also edited it in regular osu. Osu lazer complained about the presence of sounds on the video, and therefore did not allow the map to be exported to osu. I opened the map file using the archiver and deleted the video.
