essentially, just go to your local kebab shop, greet your mehemet (the guy that works there; he's also usually named omar or samir or amir, maybe even jad and if you wanna get political, ibraham.) and praise the guy! your mehemet has been making kebabs for you for so long, why dont you make him a kebab filled with kindness and love? better yet, give your mehemet a whole lamb! he'll appreciate it, that's for sure.
