[Archived] [osu!stable] Lag in Osu! jumps from 0.5ms to 3-5ms

Hi everyone,

For a while now, I've been experiencing frequent lag spikes in Osu!. The lags are usually short, occurring randomly throughout the map regardless of its length.
With unlimited FPS, my MS display sometimes jumps from 0.5ms to 3-5ms.

Here are my PC specifications:
Intel I7 9700 K
MSI MAG Z390 TOMAHAWK
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super
32 GB DDR 4
Samsung SSD 970 EVO M.2 1 TB
Western Digital 2 TB
be quiet! PURE POWER CM BQT L8-CM

What I've tried so far:

All my drivers are up-to-date.
Windows Game Bar is disabled.
Discord overlay is disabled.
Nvidia Shadowplay is disabled.
I've tried playing with unlimited FPS and custom FPS (3000, 2000, 1500, 1300, 1100).

why did you delete the osu! version in the template of the thread.

osu! version: Stable 20240820.1 (latest)

I had tested both the latest Stable and Cutting Edge versions.

If you change the frame limiter from unlimited to optimal, do you still see the spikes?

Do you have anything in the background while playing osu, like a browser or something?

Tried it and still having issues. I've already closed everything like browsers, Discord, Steam, etc. The lags are still there
