[Archived] I cant log in like ever

The only reason why im in this account is because I reset the password like 5 times, and its the exact same password 5 times, and each time it wont let me log in without a password reset. I try logging in to my account on the OSU! app but it wont let me. HELP!! i dont want to ahve to reset my password each time just to log in.

Are you using an incognito browser of some sort when trying to log in? If you are still having issues with your account after trying some other things like making sure you are not on a proxy network or a VPN then email accounts@ppy.sh FROM THE EMAIL THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACCOUNT. Explain your problem and see what they can do.

If you've got multiple accounts you need to email accounts@ppy.sh to get that sorted out because the rules dictate that only 1 user can have 1 account.
