Replay system already has implemented "playback speed" setting which let you adjust speed increase. Simply adding a bunch of others settings in a current playback menu would be quite useful.
I can see the point in lowering AR to watch a very high ar play, or raising it to watch a very low AR play (think reading maps or 3 mod stuff) but not OD or CS for any reason other than because you can.
