Hitsounds are messed up somehow. They say normal but they play soft and strange. Going into the timig set up panel and looking at the offset, the first timing section, neither Normal or Soft are selected, press one to fix this. Sliders sound weird otherwise. Maybe it's just my osu messing up. Strangely it seems to be only Normal that does this.

00:35:011 (4) - This note is sticking out. On purpose? Makes it hard to read.
00:49:077 (1) - A bit too hard to see this note and to time it right while clicking for normal. Maybe extend the slider or an extra repeat?
01:04:000 (3) - Too far from (2)

Erm, I don't think this has been mentioned yet, but in Normal, you have a slider from 00:52:67 to 00:54:00 but you have two hit markers appearing during that slider at 00:53:56 and 00:53:78.

  7. Overall, just make this difficulty easier to read unless you're just dying to make an Easy difficulty.

For the bold on normal, apparently I have the spacing at 0.8 consistantly. I know that it feels weird though. How should I rectify this?

Make sure you resnap everything and CAREFULLY CHECK THAT EVERYTHING IS WHERE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE. Resnap all has a tendency to shift some things back or forwards a 1/4 if the offset is particularly quirky.

I think you'll find with the proper offset that you can make sliders with absolute lengths (that is, red to white, or white to white, or red to red) and not have to shift things into the 1/4's, which I notice you're doing alot.

Across all difficulties (non-guest):
00:04:044 (1) - I cannot fathom why you would start the song off on a single note tap followed by a break. While I am here to judge the objective and not the subject, this is a design issue I cannot ignore. Map these sections properly across all of your maps.

Anyway, start with the offset and we'll work from there. There's lots of things which seem to be products of a faulty offset rather than definitive mapper error.

When you mention the sliders with absolute lengths, after I fixed the offset I didn't really see the need to move them.
I probably just don't have a full comprehension of what you mean, so could you please elaborate?

On what I've bolded, I just want to let you know I have had it that way before. If you look to the beginning of the thread, there is a pretty sizable discussion on the offset, and I had it at 0 or something close to that, but SteRRum told me to change it. Some others told me to change the finishes on insane too.

I have meant the map to be difficult, hence the title "Insane." Naruti's just has more notes because of streams, and I don't want to compromise the way the map was meant to be played. I fixed the video, but I want to see if it is acceptable for me to not make an easy.

Also, when I play the map with my non-dominant hand, it seems fairly simple; the map is simply about reading. I got better by playing harder maps, and I think this map isn't too hard for a beginner to begin with.

This needs an Easy to be ranked...
Delete the .osb and re-full-submit.
I recommend adding a pure black storyboard element in the background that fades out once the video starts; that way, the video looks more natural, and no-video users can still see the BG.
Make sure kiai starts on the beat; if you change audio with kiai, put it in 2 different timing sections; an earlier one for audio and the right timing for kiai. Kiai use did feel a bit messy though.

Slider velocities felt kinda low in general.

I also found consistency to be an issue; you occasionally play the 1/4 (e.g. 00:35:335 (5,6)), occasionally skip it (e.g. 00:39:113 (3,4)), and occasionally just replace it with 1/2 (e.g. 00:43:113 (5)). This might contribute to the feel of unreadability; if it was consistent, you screw up once and not again.

In general, I felt that many of the notes landing on 1/4 would be better replaced by sliders (e.g. 01:13:779 (1,2,3) can become a slider with a repeat), which are much friendlier on timing.

01:18:668 (3) - Weird shape, lol.

I'd recommend remapping this difficulty; possibly with bigger circles too, but the main thing is to play more intuitively. If you can get it into an intuitive map in the 3-4 star range, it'll probably suffice as the easiest difficulty.

00:08:002 (1) - Same thing as what strager said about Insane; it's pretty weird to hit the first note of a phrase, then ease into a break for that phrase, and immediately pick up again.

00:14:002 (3,1,2,3) - Doesn't fit very well, in my opinion.
00:25:668 (5,6) - The fact that this bends back disturbs me a bit.
00:27:446 (3,4) - I'd recommend not putting this under the slider end; the timing is a bit hard to predict.

00:49:113 (6) - Music is doing something totally different from this slider.

There're 6 spinners in this 1.5 minute map, 5 of which are at the bare minimum for spinner length, and 4 of which have a note 1/4 before and 1/2 after it.. That's not very playable, or at least, not very enjoyably playable. I spin at 400 and still couldn't 300 more than half of them.

00:17:779 (1) - Please don't. Puppies are crying at these 2x sections.
00:34:890 (6,7,8) - Inconsistent spacing; watch out for the 0.5x BPM section borking spacing.
