[osu!stable] Song Select skinning not matching UI Elements

Can someone help me fix this pls?
I have the same problem on all other skins
Video or screenshot showing the problem:

(image or link doesn't show if I delete "/" from the first [img] idk why)

Your monitor is probably 16:10 or some other odd aspect ratio, you'll need to either:
> Find a skin that's built for your aspect ratio
> Modify the existing elements to be the correct sizes

my monitor is 21:9 actually but im playing 16:9 with black bars.
I haven't had this problem before, and I haven't changed any skins, monitor, or anything else.
I don't really want to change skin elements because it's a pretty dreary business.

any chance you can send a screenshot of your entire display?

(to send an image here, upload it to a file hosting service like s-ul.eu, and paste the link in the format [im‍g]IMAGE ‍LINK HERE[/img]

different skins, same problem. Thanks for any help
