Problem details:
I daily drive EndeavourOS and I use lutris to play osu!lazer. But recently, I tried installing stable with lutris. It was working until the osu updater popped up. It kept saying that there was no connection even when I tried putting the router right next to my laptop. What's going on?

Copy and paste the contents of the update.log into this thread. The update.log is found in the osu!\Logs directory wherever you have your osu! installed to.

The file is too long, so here is the link to the file: file:///home/imy/Games/osu2/dosdevices/c:/osu/Logs/update.log
just copy the link and paste it into the URL bar, that should work

youll need to upload to either a file sharing service or to pastebin as local files are not shared online!

Make sure you don't have any pending updates to your OS, as in, manually check if there is any updates that can be found.

You can also try:

This link has a short guide I believe: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-remove-and-reinstall-the-Microsoft-NET-Framework.html

There's also: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework

I'm not sure if .NET framework is the actual issue though. You should try checking to see if you have any Windows updates you are missing.

I don't have windows, but I will try to update my system.
edit: it turns out there were updates, so I updated and restarted. I'll try again now.
edit: yeah that didn't work
