Who cares. #1 Whether you're overranked or not doesn't affect how good you actually are at the game. #2 I can guarantee random people don't spend time thinking about whether or not you are overranked. #3 It's hard to judge someone as overranked or not just from their profile anyway.

For me, it's good to know. It means that you've been farming pp more than your peers thats all. Do you gain more from pp maps or graveyarded maps if you know what I mean.
If you feel overranked, you can think to yourself as an efficient player. You're just outrunning someone in terms of pp thant someone that perhaps just chilling playing osu or someone that are more into niche skills that aren't pp-rewarded for. Nothing inherently bad about it, most people even simply don't care.
Rank also doesn't necessarily correlate to skill. Perosnally, I have seen players at 160K being far more competent across all of skillsets imagineable than myself.

Hm. You have 7 times my playtime and you have 600 more PP, generally batting in the same range of scores I can hit. Maybe push yourself to hit 200pp scores etc

Also, played time is not an indicator here. In fact, most people around 300k have 6~7 days, you're just an outlier.
