I don't think there's actual coaching. And in fact, you wouldn't even need it. Just play, you'll learn the basics while you play. Try the fancy osu!lazer multiplayer for example.

As already said, just play! Let your curiosity run wild! You will understand how to play as time goes on
the easy (or hard depending on your taste) thing is finding music that you like that has maps that you can actually do, it will make learning and improving more enjoyable.
There are also quite a few pinned threads in here with lots of advice for new to medium players, don't hesitate to browse through, you might not be able to apply everything but it can at least help you not form too many bad playing habits.

Once you start being able to play 3* maps (I'd estimate at around 500-400K), then you can start thinking about coaching or tips as that's when more specialized map styles (burst/stream, Jump, etc.) start being more prevalent (though it's much more obvious/pronounced at 4*'s).
