At your level there really isn't much to say other than don't get lazy while reading (resulting in clicking circles the second you see them) and listen to the music.

Firstly, the only way you get stuck as a 7-digit is if you literally don't play or suck so horribly you can't even A-rank sub-1* maps, and I sincerely believe nobody over the age of 2-3 (or I suppose anyone who has extreme motor disabilities in all four limbs) can achieve the latter so you'll be fine.

Stay with maps that have very low AR (like 0-2) and practice timing your clicks to the beat of the music and/or when the circle reaches the rim of the object. The Osu tutorial would've explained how to get the best timing to you, but one way to really be able to do it without thinking is to understand the rhythm and beat of the song/map itself and play along to that.

If you want an easy test, play this map, Walkie Talkie Man [Breezin']. Basically every single circle is directly on the beat of the map, and it has a constant bpm. Just tap out a simple 1-2-3-4 (physically or mentally) and you should get 300s almost every time if you can keep the rhythm steady.

try to click the circles better, pay attention to the gameplay

if you think about score or stuff, think more about gameplay

If you want pp, try to practice 1-3* maps and get FC or >97% acc, you cant expect to get 50-100pp on 3* maps and above with a low B rank scores, the more you play, the more you will build up your aim, stamina and timing

You have more bad DT,HD scores than your HD score in general (incidentally it is an S). Nothing more to be said. You're basically playing stars too high for you on regular basis, meaning you don't get that much quality on your plays (you're struggling the play and missing out so much patterns both literal and figuratively).

Just how long do you think a new player need to master a mod, not to mention DT?
It could be an exception if you're talented or a musician of some sort.

Solution wise, the replies before mine suggested good suggestions which you should follow. Chillax, enjoy the game.

P.S. and if you're a middle schooler aged or younger, consider this comment absolute. And if you're older than that... Come on bruh step up.

I'll say it simple

Simply play. You will know how to play by yourself
