  1. The format of the tournament is 2v2, with a maximum team size of 4, and minimum team size of 2.
  2. The win condition is ScoreV2 TeamVS. NoFail will be enforced on all maps.
  3. Players must be within the 100k - 300k rank range when registrations end. There will be no rank buffer.
  4. The top 32 teams determined by qualifier results will qualify for a RO32 double elimination bracket.
  5. The captain of each team is required to join the discord server.
  6. All times on the main sheet are listed in UTC+0.
  7. All staff roles (except for Referee, Commentator and Streamer) are not allowed to participate in the tournament.

■ TLDR
  1. Warmups are allowed and must be under 3 minutes in length and not in the current pool.
  2. If a team does not have 2 players ready to play 10 minutes after the scheduled time, the protect and bans are lost for that team. A team forfeits the match if they do not have two players ready to play 15 minutes in.
  3. The captains of both teams will use the !roll command. The winner of the roll will choose between 1st protect, 2nd ban, 1st pick or 2nd protect, 1st ban, 2nd pick.
  4. 90 second timers will be used for protects, bans, picks, and preparing rosters before maps.
  5. If two bans are available, they are done in ABBA order.
  6. Double picking and banning is allowed. Triple picking is not allowed.
  7. On forcemod picks, one player must go HD/EZ/FL or any combination of aforementioned mods. One player must go HR/HDHR/HRFL.
  8. Each team has one 2 minute timeout per match which can be used at any time. This is rendered useless when tiebreaker is initiated and is instead replaced with a 3 minute ready up timer.
Detailed Rules
■ QUALIFIERS
  1. The captain of each team will need to sign up for a qualifiers lobby. A list of default times will be displayed on the mainsheet.
  2. If none of these times are suitable, an extra lobby can be requested in #reschedule.
  3. Any extra lobbies must not be scheduled to start later than (Tuesday) 6th August 2024, 12 UTC. This is due to COE's schedule affecting a portion of the playerbase.
  4. The mappool will be played in order from NM1 to FM1 once.
  5. All teams will have 90 seconds to swap their players and get ready between maps.
  6. If a team fails to join their lobby 10 minutes after the scheduled time, they must reschedule to another lobby.
  7. Qualifier seeding will be determined by Z-sum.
Disconnect Rules
  1. If a player disconnects/encounters technical difficulties during a map, then that player will be allowed to replay the map after the entire mappool has been played.
  2. Only 1 disconnecting player will be allowed to replay 1 map per team.
  3. Should said player be unable to join back, they should open a ticket to schedule a time to play the missing map.
  4. Only the disconnected player is allowed to play the map, substituting for the disconnected player is not allowed.
  5. Subsequent disconnection(s) will result in the score being voided (0 score)

■ SCHEDULING
  1. Each match will be provided with a default time based on the availability provided by the teams at signup. These will always be on weekends.
  2. Captains are free to reschedule matches if the default time provided does not suit them. Captains are expected to handle rescheduling with the other team themselves. Both teams must agree to a reschedule for it to be accepted
  3. Asynchronous matches are not allowed.
  4. If you messed up information when (re)scheduling, please rewrite the (re)schedule by deleting and writing a new one. Edited (re)schedules will result in said schedule being completely denied.
■ MATCHES
  1. The referee will ping the captain of both teams 15 minutes before the scheduled match time.
  2. Invites to the lobby will be sent to captains 5 minutes before the match. Captains are responsible for inviting the rest of their team.
  3. If a team is not ready to play (i.e. does not have at least 2 team members present) 10 minutes after the scheduled time, the protect and bans are lost for that team.
  4. If a team is not ready to play 15 minutes after the scheduled time, that team will automatically forfeit the match, unless the opposing team is willing to reschedule or delay. If neither team shows up to the match, the winner of the match will be decided with a roll.
  5. Warmups must be under 3 minutes in length and not in the current pool.
  6. The captains of both teams will use the !roll command. The winner of the roll will choose between 1st protect, 2nd ban, 1st pick or 2nd protect, 1st ban, 2nd pick.
  7. If two bans are available, they are done in ABBA order.
  8. Double picking and banning is allowed. Triple picking is not allowed.
  9. Each team has one 2 minute timeout per match which can be used at any time. This is rendered useless when tiebreaker is initiated and is instead replaced with a 3 minute ready up timer.
■ FORCEMOD RULES
  1. One player must go HD/EZ/FL or any combination of aforementioned mods.
  2. One player must go HR/HDHR/HRFL.
  3. Any other mods/mod combinations are not allowed.
  4. EZ(HD) has a score multiplier of 2.0x.
  5. EZFL(HD) has a score multiplier of 2.2x.
  6. FL(HD/HR) has a score multiplier of 1.5x.
  7. All players must additionally take NoFail as a mod.
