I'd recommend turning stacking away from Rarely Stack, almost all the stacks look a bit weird.
I also found the white a bit bright.

This beatmap is fantastic!
Skin is GOOD and hitsound is Very AWESOME. I love it.

(However I haven't known this anime without misaka mikoto. OTL)

01:25:201 (1) Spinner's starting point is different from [Hard] and [Insane]. And [Hard] and [Insane] which of spinner's starting point is strange I think.

00:16:247 (1,2,3,4) I worry about spacing different in combo. (For example, when these are compared, the distance from end of slide note(1) to start of slide note(2) is little far, but end of slide note(2) and (3) is little near in combo.)

And I can't find big issue problem.
