Hi, osu player here, I'm just having a ton of trouble enjoying the game since my frames (and including the input delay) spikes out of nowhere.
I normally have 1.0 ms delay with my frames set to unlimited. But when I begin a beatmap, the delay spikes to 8ms and even 12-16ms, with noticable delays on my tablet input. What can I do to fix this issue?
for reference, my specs are:
-Ryzen 5 2600
-8 GB DDR4 RAM 2400 MHz
-GTX 1660 SUPER
I even have tried just capping my FPS, but it still does the issue, playing it on power saving or optimal, but the performance still drops. I also tried removing and updating my graphics driver, but the problem still persists.
I don't complain that much, since that issue has been for like a year, but unresolved. But lately, the frame spikes even begin in the middle of a beatmap, ruining my flow. What I used to do what tab out and back in to "reset" the issue but now, I HAVE to do it in the middle of the game to remove the sudden delay.
ps. pls, I just got to 5 digit, and now I can't play properly...
