To me it sounds like an even 152 with 3/4 time signature, with vocals doing 1/3 beatsnap divisor.
Btw, a trick u can do to test out different BPMs that line up with the same metronome is multiplying by 6 and then dividing by 4 and vice versa :d (101.333 * 6 = 608, 608 / 4 = 152)
