Downloading beatmap through osu direct gives error, any beatmap

Also, dunno if this is related or not but another user shows in the local scores

The other user in local scores is unrelated, it's likely you've watched/downloaded that replay and it's been saved to your locals since. As for the issue itself, I can only suggest you try to download and import the map from the website instead of in-game. As the error message states, it'll have been reported to devs so it'll get fixed in the future if it's a real issue.
