Sudden PP drop? I am confused!

So, I heard a lot changed in the pp algorythm system, But what happened was something I found rather peculiar.
I was playing on normal mode, Hadn't played osu mania for, what shall it be, 2 days. Felt the urge to play again and switched back to Mania, only to find out that I had dropped from ~770 to 314 pp.
Can someone explain this?

Anything played with a key mod gives you 0pp, so you lost all your points from key mod maps. However they will be reinstated soon once the algorithm has been tweaked, so you will get the pp back.
