How to add!~

1. Make Koko Soko-bg.png the background to your diff and my diff.
I used it. Yay me.

2. Put SMiLE.dk - Koko Soko (ouranhshc).osb in your map's folder.
this is the storyboard code, and it will apply to all diffs [the "by loogie" icon is still specific to my diff.]

3. Unzip the SBSTUFF.zip file and add all those files into your folder.
Just Images.

I can't get this song out of my head! I'm not going to post hitsound suggestions but here is my mod:

General:

Add audio lead in, 1.5-2 seconds should be sufficient - do this for all difficulties.

Also where is the difficulty differences, both your difficulty and Loogie's are set to normal on everything (though mapped differently) Krisom's is difficulty normal but hp drain rate lower. I suggest reducing Krisom's difficulty by 1 and increase the difficulty of either Loogie or yours. You also need an insane :D

Timing:

The offset seems off I'm hitting 45ms early and getting an SS.


SB

I never usually mod SB but this seems so random, why do random song lyrics appear in the middle of no where?:

00:22:673 "I'm looking for a friend"

The next installment of lyrics is at 00:41:349 - "Can't find you in the dark"

Then you have to wait another 40 seconds to get the last few lyrics.

This is so random it made me laugh, for that keep it, someone else will probably point this out though :D

00:29:095 (2) - Nothing wrong with the way it is but I think it would be better opposite 00:29:010 (1) - makes the player move a little more. Adjust the rest of the combo if you take this suggestion.

00:40:024 (2) - Make this repeat 3 times so you catch "Asoko" - one word. Add an extra beat to the start of 00:41:010 (3) - stack it or something if you decide to take the above suggestion.

00:43:024 (2) - I personally dislike these designs on small sliders, it may throw off a new player, otherwise it's fine. This applied to the others as well.

01:08:031 (3) - You could move this up slightly to make it land right in the center of the previous two sliders.

01:20:053 (1) - Reposition this it doesn't look very good landing on the top of a slider.

LoogieMix:

00:16:003 - Add a beat here, without it ruins you rhythm imo.

Remove the flashy sb. Ok if it happens one or twice, but DEFINITELY NOT IN A ROW. You are better off using kiai at those parts.

Sorry to dissapoint you but to me, box mapping is not flattering and not fun to play, but this is definitely better than your last map. =D *You can PM me for further impressions on this diff... xD

GENERAL
1. The skin of hitcircle is too hard to see imho (It's too transparent). Imagine playing that translucent hitcircles in FOUND difficulty, I reckon it would be very frustrating to some players. xD Consider increase its opacity ?

2. BG makes the hitcircles even harder to see.

3. Kiai makes the hitcircles even even even harder to see.

Conclusion : either fix the BG or hitcircle.

Combo mod:
You seem quite indecisive on how many lines of lyrics you want in a combo. Sometimes there is 1 line, and at other times, you have 2. I advise you make them all consistent. Ex: 00:39:414 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3) and 00:42:842 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)

I don't know y, but the combos feel so similar to each other that the map feels copy and pasted at some parts even though they are arranged differently.

  2. You should make a clarification about the Taiko hitsounds in the first post or something.
  3. Erase "Koko Soko smile.dk" from the tags, since they're already in other fields. Also, the source would fit more as tags.

Also, before I forget again, you should have a valid reason why "Bemani Konami" is set as the source, and if not, put it in the tags field instead.

Well, overall it's quite an improvement from your Alfarshear map, so good job for that.

Although...

If your custom hitsounds were meant to make people laugh, it certainly worked on me.

Remove all of your custom hitsounds, trust me. Just because you have custom hitsounds doesn't mean your map is better UNLESS the custom sounds actually fits the song better than the default samples.

Map played fine for me other than the lol hitsounds. So uh, for that reason if I had the power to pop this, I would. Don't think I have any other complaints.

I strongly suggest removing the taiko hitsounds and using a dimmer background. It is incredibly hard to sit the beats up against that background I don't really feel the taiko hitsounds fit.

I'm suggesting this as a player, and not as a BAT.

Everything else is tip top.
