Problem details:
I recently returned to osu! after a few years break and have been toying around with stable, lazer client and new search functions for beatmaps. I set a goal for myself to remove all non-Silver S ranks from my profile page and while on the last few songs, I noticed that the remaining numbers are inconsistent all over the place. For example:
1. Currently my profile shows no more remaining non-Silver S ranks. Switching to lazer mode doesn't change anything.

2. In stable client, I have 5 remaining maps with non-Silver S rank. (The SS you can see in the screenshot is a mania map.)

3. In the webpage search function, when using Rank Achieved filter, shows the same 5 maps as stable client.

4. In Lazer client, the built in beatmap listing search showed me a bunch of new non-Silver S rank songs that weren't on osu! stable nor on the webpage search function. I don't have a screenshot of this unfortunately, but I think updating the scores with HD mod still lowered the non Silver S rank count on my profile page.
