Wrong forum, this forum is for mapping related things, not to search for beatmaps.
For that purpose I recommend you either use:
A: in-game channels #osu, #taiko, #ctbh or #mania for the respective mode.
B: The Gameplay & Rankings forum (or their mode specific sub-forums)
I've asked the GMT to move your thread to the correct forum.
Anyway, can't tell you what map/song this is, but I noticed there are a lot of comments on this video, so maybe you can get lucky there.
