Does anyone here make third wave specialty coffee by any chance?

I have a chemex pourover with a metal filter but I use a paper filter on top of the metal one and I grind my beans fresh. I'd have to go downstairs and pull the bag out of the freezer to get the brand name tho. p standard ratio of 60g beans to 1 liter of water. usually a bit of almond creamer but if I'm out I don't mind drinking it black at all
