Problem details:
Started happening randomly a couple months ago
Once a minute latency jumps from normal 0.4ms to 3-7ms for a split second and then dies down back to normal during the game. FPS does not drop, only the latency
It doesn't have anything to do with my mouse, since I've already tried playing on another one and the problem is still there.
I tried literally every setting in the game, reinstalled osu, tried different USBs for mice (both wired and wireless) and nothing seems to be helping
Any ideas?
